  Amazing service - the staff are kind and attentive offering to top up our soup and removing used plates so quick. We absolutely loved the variety of the dipping sauce station in particular. Fresh as ingredients

  I just came to the right time for dinner. They got variety of food selection, staff very friendly. Food is fresh , I love the soup base of chicken and chestnut , it’s so yummy.😁 after the food, feel so much warm and happy. Definitely recommend it and I will come again !

  We’ve been coming to Potxpress Meadowland frequently over the past couple of months, and it has quickly become one of our go-to spots. Even though it's a newer addition to the area and can get quite busy—which is honestly a testament to how good it is—it’s always worth the visit. ​The hot pot experience here is fantastic. I’ve tried several of the broth options, and every single one has been amazing. The variety of ingredients for the pot is great and always fresh, but a special shout-out has to go to the cooked food section, especially the nibbles—they’re consistently delicious and a highlight of the meal. If you’re looking to avoid the peak rush, I’ve found that popping in between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM is a great way to enjoy a slightly less crowded experience. Also, a small suggestion for improvement would be to have someone answer the phone in English for reservations; when we first called, the person on the other end answered in Mandarin, which was a bit confusing! It’s the perfect place for a satisfying, casual dinner. If you’re a hot pot lover, this place is definitely a must-visit. We’ll certainly be back again soon!"

  Super yummy hot pot place. It’s single pot (so everyone gets thier own soup base) great options for meats and veggies as well as a top notch sauce bar. We really enjoyed the pre-made food selection as well.

  Highly recommend PotXpress! The staff were very lovely and attentive. There’s a great variety of soups and ingredients to choose from. The space is clean and well maintained. It’s definitely worth visiting whether you’re coming with a big group or dining by yourself. Definitely is my favourite hot pot place, and has been back multiple times.

  Love this place! The food is so delicious and the price is very reasonable for a hotpot buffet. Friendly staff and great vibes all around. Will definitely come back again!
