Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated 27 September 2026
These terms are a legal agreement between you and SPR Rewards Limited, the company that operates Oynk. Please read them before you create an account or start a membership. By using Oynk, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Oynk is a membership service operated by SPR Rewards Limited, a company registered in New Zealand (NZBN 9429053656957) and based in Auckland. SPR Rewards Limited trades as Oynk. In these terms, “Oynk”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SPR Rewards Limited, and “you” means the person who holds an Oynk account.
You can reach us any time at support@oynk.co.nz.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using Oynk, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under New Zealand law.
- You agree to give accurate account information and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.
- A membership is personal to you. It may not be shared, resold, or transferred to anyone else.
4. Membership and plans
Oynk offers one paid membership, billed on the cycle you choose:
- Member: NZ$2.99 per week or NZ$9.99 per month (with a 3-day free trial).
Launch offer. While our launch offer is open, new memberships are billed at NZ$1.49 per week or NZ$4.99 per month (monthly still includes the 3-day free trial). The launch price continues for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the standard price above applies unless the launch offer is still open at that time.
Some members remain on a legacy Platinum plan at the price they signed up on. Platinum is no longer offered to new members; if you are on it, your plan and price continue unchanged until you cancel or switch.
Your plan unlocks access to the member discounts and features described at the time you subscribe. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where it applies. We may change our plans, features, or prices. If we change the price of a plan you already hold, we will tell you in advance, and the new price will take effect at your next renewal, never part way through a period you have already paid for. This does not apply to a launch price. If you subscribed while a launch offer was open, the launch price stays with that membership for as long as it remains active, and a general price change will not be applied to it. It ends only if your membership ends — if you cancel, or it lapses — and if you rejoin afterwards the standard price applies unless a launch offer is open again at that time.
5. Billing, renewal and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. By subscribing, you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select.
- Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly or monthly) until you cancel. Monthly billing starts after the 3-day free trial; cancel during the trial to avoid the first charge.
- Each renewal is charged at the start of the new period using the payment method on file.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or end your access until payment succeeds.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, which open a secure Stripe billing portal.
- When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Your membership then ends and does not renew. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a period.
- Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (see section 10).
7. Discounts and partner offers
Oynk gives members access to discounts and offers provided by independent partner brands. These offers are made available by the partners, not by Oynk. We are not the seller of any partner product or service, and we are not a party to any purchase you make from a partner.
- Offers, partners, discount amounts, and availability can change at any time without notice.
- We do not guarantee that any specific offer or partner will be available, or that an offer will be honoured by a partner.
- Your purchase from a partner is subject to that partner’s own terms and pricing. Any issue with a partner product or service is between you and the partner, although we want to hear about it so we can help and keep our partners accountable.
Offers at partner online stores
Some partners sell online rather than over a counter. For those offers we issue you a personal discount code to enter at that partner’s own checkout. Codes work differently from an in-store deal, so:
- a code is single use. Once it has been used on an order it will not work again — for you, or for anyone you pass it to;
- you can hold one live code per offer at a time. Once we can confirm a code has been used we can issue you another, so if you have used yours and need a new one, get in touch;
- a code lasts as long as the offer behind it. If the partner changes or ends the offer, a code you are holding changes or stops working with it, even if you have not used it yet;
- the code is applied by the partner’s own store, and the purchase is with the partner under their pricing, delivery, and returns terms. If a store declines a valid code, tell us and we will take it up with the partner, but we cannot make a partner honour an order;
- we may cancel an unused code if it was obtained or used in breach of these terms, or if your membership ends.
We show your code on the brand’s page in Oynk and also email it to the address on your account, so keep that address up to date.
8. Acceptable use
When using Oynk, you agree not to:
- share, resell, or publish member-only discount codes or redemption instructions outside the service;
- use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or to abuse a partner offer;
- copy, scrape, or attempt to extract our content or data other than for your own personal use;
- interfere with the security or normal operation of the service, or try to access areas you are not authorised to use.
We may suspend or end access that breaches these rules.
9. Our content and intellectual property
The Oynk name, logo, design, software, and content are owned by SPR Rewards Limited or our licensors and are protected by law. While your membership is active, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not use our branding or content without our written permission.
10. Consumer rights and our liability
If you are a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights. Where the law gives you a guarantee that cannot be contracted out of, these terms do not try to do so.
To the extent the law allows, Oynk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by partners, by events outside our reasonable control, or by your misuse of the service. Where we are liable and the law permits us to limit that liability, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service. If we close your account without cause and you have paid in advance, we will refund the unused portion of your current period. You can close your account at any time by cancelling your membership and contacting us.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example by email or a notice in the service. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use Oynk after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
