  I’ve been a long-term client of The Lash Room since they opened in Kingsland and have followed them since, and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough! 🤍 I’ve had everything from my brows to my lashes done here over the years, and every single service has been absolutely amazing. The whole team is so professional, welcoming and incredibly talented. You can always trust that you’re in the best hands, and the attention to detail is second to none. I always leave feeling so fresh and put together! A special mention to Tori, who always looks after me and is an absolute gem! She knows exactly what I like, is so meticulous with her work and somehow always manages to make my lashes and brows look perfect. She’s such a perfectionist and genuinely goes above and beyond every time. The Lash Room has become my go-to and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. If you’re looking for beautiful results, incredible service and a team who genuinely care about their clients, you need to see these girls! ✨🤍

  I just got my eyebrows shaped and tinted! They look amazing and I am super happy with how they looked! Chole did my brows and I told her the brief of what I wanted and she did my brows perfectly! Super happy!

  ​Brooke at the Albany store is absolutely amazing! I actually live out in Mt Eden and have tried the branch closer to homeand while it was a nice experience, the lashes just didn't last anywhere near as long. ​Brooke is so gentle, careful, and clearly highly experienced. My lashes look perfect every single time and the retention is incredible. On top of her excellent skills, she is incredibly lovely and kind. I gladly make the trip from Mt Eden to Albany just to see her for my infills because she’s simply the best. Highly recommend booking with her!

  I honestly couldn’t recommend The Lashroom Commercial Bay enough! From the moment you walk in all of the girls are so warm, welcoming and genuinely make you feel comfortable and looked after. What I love most is how much they actually listen to you. They take the time to understand your concerns, what you’re wanting to achieve and what will suit you best, while also explaining everything along the way. You never feel rushed. The girls are incredibly knowledgeable and really care about giving you the best result And the brows… honestly the BEST. 🤌🏼 Every time I leave, they’re perfectly shaped, natural and exactly what I wanted. You can tell how much experience, care and attention to detail goes into their work. Such a beautiful salon with an even more beautiful team.

  Best and most affordable place to get your lashes done. Legit the nicest women I’ve met and are happy to talk or not talk if you’re not in the mood too. Bella was gentle with my lashes and I even fell asleep a couple of times from comfort 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Been going to the lash room for about a year and absolutely love the team there! Courtney and Bella are amazing! Such down to earth lovely people make you feel extremely comfortable do an amazing job at eyelash extensions eyebrows lash lifts waxing it’s amazing! Will forever keep coming back here and recommend to anyone and everyone !
