  We love Lokanta. The food is delicious, the portions are generous and the service is outstanding. Thank you for helping us sing happy birthday to my dad and for your lovely hospitality! Lamb neck was huge and tasty. My daughter often orders pasta when we eat out and says Lokantas is her favourite (spaghetti and meatballs). The vegetarians loved their cauliflower. Everyone wants to come back!

  Had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Lokanta Aegean Eating House & Bar. The venue strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort, with both the indoor dining space and outdoor courtyard (not open during the visit) offering their own unique charm. Amazing Vege, vegan and gluten free options on the menu. We chose to dine outside on a crisp winter evening, and it was pure magic. The warm ambience, service, and vibrant atmosphere made for a memorable mid-week escape from the usual routine. The food was exceptional—fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with authentic Mediterranean flavours. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and perfect for sharing. If you’re looking for a place where great food, inviting surroundings, and relaxed Auckland evenings come together, Lokanta is a spot that truly delivers. A winter dinner under the stars here just hits differently.

  Lokanta Restaurant is one of the best places for authentic Turkish food in Auckland. The food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Highly recommended! This place is a hidden gem for anyone who loves Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine. I’ll definitely be coming back again and highly recommend Lokanta to everyone.
