  Conveniently located close to the airport and to the motorway north and south. Check-in was quick and easy. Leila (sorry if I've spelt it wrong!) was polite and friendly and very professional. The cleaning staff were friendly and greeted you with a smile. The breakfast buffet was delicious, as was the room service. The rooms, although probably due for an upgrade, were clean and spacious with a handy microwave & coffee pod machine. I recommend a one bedroom suite on the ground floor. Lovely views of the pond and pool from the outdoor seating. The water pressure in the shower was very appreciated, as was the comfortable bed and the toasty warm heating. There's self laundry if required and a fully equipped gym. There's plenty of free parking on site, as well as a shuttle to/from the airport. We enjoyed this property when we came years ago and were still impressed with it, and its wonderful staff, now. Look forward to returning with our family!

  Words don't adequately express how pleasant my experience was. Whoever was the young lady who checked me in is outstanding at her job. My room was clean and comfortable, the ground pretty(though a little dark at night).I didn't realise the menu at the restaurant was double sided however my steak was cooked to perfection and delicious. Due to an early flight I missed the hot breakfast though I was provided with a box breakfast which just topped of a great stay. Will be back. Five stars all round.

  The only hotel that I ever stayed that does not have an elevator. The hallways are like a maze and I am surprised how many rooms they have since it looks small from the outside. Great location by the airport & parking. The bar and restaurant are nice and clean. Very kind staff and rooms are clean. The laundry room takes only $2 coins and you can get it from the front desk. $4 for both laundry & dryer. Was cold for us to use the pool but very nice garden by the pool area. The shuttle $8.50 per to the airport has a few stops to other close by hotels so plan accordingly. They have a kiosk by the main entrance so very convenient because it tells you approximately when the bus arrives, I suggest to sit outside so you don't miss the bus. My room had a 110v plug in the bathroom while will be convenient for my USA travelers if you forgot your inverter since NZ uses 220v. They also have a kiosk to check in and out if you prefer. Highly recommend for any USA travellers. Will see you again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a very comfortable and wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Auckland Airport. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff made sure all our needs were taken care of. A special thanks to Abhijeet Kulkarni, who went above and beyond to look after our request for vegetarian food and arranged everything perfectly. He was also very thoughtful in helping with my baby’s needs, especially arranging hot food, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Truly appreciate the care and service. Highly recommend this place for families and a relaxing stay!

  I stayed in Holiday Inn hotel in March during a business trip, and it was an outstanding experience. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcome from day one. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the reliable Wi-Fi made it easy to stay productive. What truly stood out was the consistency of excellent service across all areas — from reception to housekeeping to dining. A great place to stay for both business and rest. Highly recommended, and I would definitely return.
