2 months agoMy first visit to Flotation Sanctuary was for a float session, and I was genuinely surprised by the benefits. I expected the water to feel cold, but instead it was perfectly matched to body temperature, creating the sensation of effortlessly floating. It felt almost like being back in the womb—a safe, peaceful space where I could completely let go. I left feeling reset, invigorated, and with a sense of vitality I hadn't expected. My second visit was for a remedial massage. I'll admit I walked in assuming it would be like every other massage I'd had before, and I even found myself judging the young therapist before we began. I couldn't have been more wrong. The level of knowledge, skill, and professionalism was exceptional. Rather than simply treating the symptoms, he explained what was happening within my body and why I was experiencing pain. He identified a build-up of tension within my muscles and fascia, causing my muscles and ligaments to tighten in an effort to protect against danger that no longer existed. For the first time, a massage actually made sense to me—it was both therapeutic and educational. I walked out feeling renewed, and for the first time in a long time, I woke up without my usual lower back pain. I've spent hundreds of dollars on massages over the years that offered temporary relaxation but never real results. This experience was completely different. Flotation Sanctuary has completely changed the way I view self-care. I'll definitely be making both flotation therapy and remedial massage part of my regular healthcare routine. It's reminded me that our bodies deserve care before they reach the point of pain, not after we've allowed them to become stagnant. Thank you for creating such a knowledgeable, healing space.

11 months agoI had a great experience at float culture, the staff was friendly and welcoming I had my first float followed the next day by a fire and ice session, and I finally received the perfect massage. I definitely recommend!

2 years agoThis was such a great experience. The place had a calming environment, the room was nice, clean with great amenities. The floatation tank was comfortable. Liam was excellent, he explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. He gave great tips on making the experience worthwhile. Also offered me a cup of their kava before the experience, which I had never tried before. Will definitely come back in the future.

2 years agoOne of a kind experience. Floating in a cave was how I felt. To ensure that your body floats, you enter a shallow bathtub filled with Epsom salts. Floating allows you to have a thoughtful / mindfulness experience.
