Great experience here, staff are so lovely and welcoming!! Came to pick up some cat litter boxes and there were so many other products in the showroom. Really appreciate the focus on cat products!! My cats love their new frog hat

Thank you for great product and service, my kitten is very pleased with her new kitty litter box. I am finding minimal litter being tracked outside the box and less smell compared to the previous one she had. I appreciate the added extras put in with our parcel. I would recommend this store and will be back to shop again!

Top quality and well made. So many fun products to keep cats entertained. I definitely will be back. This store not only sells cat items, they also genuinely love cats too!

I can't recommend Catati enough. Easily the best cattery I have ever relied on to take care of my cats. The live feed cameras allowed me to check in on them at any moment, and the daily video updates sent from the owner were such a nice touch. It was so heartwarming to check the cameras and see my cats being cuddled and played with. It's clear that the owner actually loves the cats and goes the extra mile to make sure they're comfortable. The live feeds allowed me to actually watch my cats playing with the huge array of toys in their play area, so I made sure to purchase their favorites from the Catati store when I picked them up. I'm happy to say, they love the toys just as much at home and I'm thrilled to see they are good quality for the very reasonable price. Overall, I am thrilled and I have already booked the next stay for my boys!

Definitely worth it - will be reordering! I was genuinely impressed from the start to finish. Firstly, the delivery was incredibly fast - I placed my order at night and received everything the very next day, which was such a pleasant surprise! Secondly, I’m really happy with the quality of the products and the price I paid. Everything was easy and fun to assemble too. Most importantly, my cats loved everything right away, and after a week, they are enjoying the items even more. Absolutely worth it, and I will definitely be coming back for more!
